OUR STORY
How Worknet International Began
Worknet International was founded in 2025, but our journey started much earlier.
Our roots lie in I-D-A, a company established in 2008 that specialized in international customer support and business networking. Over many years, we built strong relationships with clients across industries and gained extensive experience in supporting international partnerships.
In 2020, through our growing involvement with the healthcare sector, we gained first-hand insight into one of Germany's greatest challenges: the shortage of qualified healthcare professionals.
We realized that healthcare organizations needed more than recruitment. They needed a trusted partner capable of supporting employers and candidates throughout the entire process.
This realization led to the creation of Worknet International.

I-D-A Founded
I-D-A was established as an interface
